Stephen and his son are 100% professional. Arrived when they said they would. And went above and beyond. They dropped down runners on the carpets to protect the flooring/carpets. Wrapped around wardrobes to protect and keep the doors closed, the list goes on. Don't bother with any other removals as these are your guys!

I cannot recommend Harrison House Removals enough for the service they provided on a stressful day like moving home. On the day of the move, they arrived promptly on time and nothing was an effort or too much trouble. Their attention to detail was outstanding including their professionalism. Upon rival, mats and runners were laid down to protect the carpets including a stair runner. Care and consideration was at the forefront as all of our belongings were respectfully handled, this included protectors for the mattresses, TVs and sofa. The van was loaded efficiently and not just thrown in. Care, precision and planning made full use of the van which we were worried wouldn’t be big enough but this why we hired professionals and didn’t rent a van! Everything was tied back to make it secure for transit. When we arrived at our new house all of our belongings were placed in the rooms we specified and we greatly appreciated the fast but careful approach so as not to damage or scuff the walls when moving big things in tight spaces. All in all we received a 5* star service from start to finish. I would highly recommend this business for any removals!

Couldn't be any more impressed with Stephen, Jack and John. They were incredibly professional, friendly, hard working and made the whole move day very stress free. Was easy and relaxed from the in person quote to the move day itself. So happy we decided to go with Stephen and his team.

Really glad we picked these guys for our move. After requesting a quote online, Stephen got back to me within the hour, talked though our requirements and then arranged to visit our property to price everything up properly. He also gave us some very useful hints for packing while he was over. No pressure at all to use them he just said let me know if you want to book. Their quote came in by far the cheapest out of what I got, but for no compromise on quality of service. I got a text a few days before to confirm everything was going ahead as planned. On the day itself they were very punctual and got stuck in right away. Not a complaint at all about some of the boxes we'd accidentally made very heavy or anything else throughout the day, just good vibes, and they were a great level of calmness because I was very stressed! All of our stuff was treated with utmost care, larger items were wrapped or bagged to keep them looking pristine, nothing was damaged. They used floor protectors in the new property which was great. They were happy to just take the keys for our storage unit and go pick up the contents of that too which gave us much needed time to start unpacking the first load of our stuff. They also worked late to make sure it was all done in one day. Much appreciated, guys 🙂

Moving house is very stressful and Stephen's cheerfulness and problem-solving approach made the whole process so much easier. The team were very efficient, patient and extremely hard-working. The team arrived exactly on time, laid out floor protectors and then carefully loaded up the vans. The team handled all our stuff with real care and everything went to plan. We had some large items (like an American style fridge freezer) and Stephen's team expertly lifted and manoeuvred each of them. They took time to cover delicate items to prevent any scratches or breakages. Even after several hours of packing and unloading, Stephen remained calm and cheerful, which really helped to make the whole process much less stressful. If you're looking for a professional, service-minded and friendly removal company, then Harrison's ticks all the boxes.

Absolutely exceptional. From the point of meeting for a quote through to the time they left, the service we were provided was incredible. The guys were personable, took a genuine interest in ensuring the move was smooth and they negotiated some tricky furniture with no fuss. How lucky was l to select Harrison’s House Removal's of Chilwell, Nottingham for my house move. The communication between Stephen (the proprietor) and myself was perfect. I was advised that he would be at my house for 9am and he was. I was advised based on my requirements what size vehicle was needed and again, it was perfect. I advised Stephen that l had a three seat settee with a motor and again l was advised that it would not be a problem even though it had to go up two flights of stairs! With the help of his assistant Adam, they worked in a professional manner, ensuring that my furniture was protected and would arrive safe at my new dwelling.
